*UPDATES FOR THE RESTORE
THE SHORE 5K RACE
1. We have removed the lunch
option due to the low response of runners who added the lunch.
Instead, Sawmill is offering a lunch special to those wearing
their Restore the Shore 5K Tee. The lunch special is $4.99 which
includes a slice of pizza plus your choice of a soft drink or
draft beer. Anyone who signed up for the lunch will be refunded
at the event.
2. Check-In begins at 9:00am in front of the Sawmill at 1807
Boardwalk, Seaside Park, NJ. When you check in, please bring
your ID with you. We will be handing out the packages that
include your Tee, Wristband & Sticker the day of the event.
3. Bathrooms and changing rooms are available on the boardwalk.
4. The boardwalk will be open to the public as well, however
since the run is early enough, we do not expect too much foot
traffic.
5. Nth Degree, an energy drink company, will be providing energy
drinks for runners. And Massage Envy will be offering free chair
massages for runners at their Massage Station.

Restore the Shore 5k. You can still register tomorrow (Sep 7,
2013) at the event. Same day registration is $40.00 (Cash & All
Major CC Accepted), includes
T-Shirt, Sticker and Wristband (while supplies last).
Course:
A fast, flat course on
the Seaside Park boardwalk. Starting at Stockton Ave with a
return at 14th Ave. and then completed back at Stockton Ave.

Times:
Check-In begins at 9:00am.
5K (3.1 Mile) Run - 10:00am
5K Fun Run/Walk - 10:15am
Awards & Raffle - 11:30am

wristband (Picked up day of event)

Exit 82 (Seaside Heights/Toms River) off Garden State Parkway; go east
on NJ-37 E/Little League World Champions Blvd E; merge onto
NJ-35 S via ramp Seaside Park/Island Beach; turn right on
Stockton Ave; end at 1807 Boardwalk, Seaside Park. Our
registration booth will be in front of the Sawmill.
Parking lots are available next to the Sawmill (Metered
Parking).
